Its subsidiaries include Guangzhou Zeer Electro-Mechanical Science and Technology Co., Ltd., Shanghai Zeer Rail Transit Technology Co., Ltd.,Guangzhou Hyde Transportation Equipment Co., Ltd., KWD Coupling（Changzhou）Co., Ltd.,  Wuhan Zeer Rail Transit Technology Co., Ltd., and Beijing Jiaqian Science and Technology Co., Ltd. ZEER has a total of six companies and related subsidiary factories. The business scope includes new car accessories, spare parts, component maintenance, after-sales maintenance, product development and other sectors for rail transit vehicles.
